Could you create a torshional spring mechanism in Creo?
Thanks
Very nice video sir❤
Good morning ! Thank you again for your incredible tutorial, it’s always something that’s very useful (I work at Schneider Electric as a designer). I wanted to know if you were able to make a tutorial to successfully do what is in this video: ruclips.net/video/uwIwKAga44s/видео.html I find that unlike solidworks, without your channel there is very little tutorial and even less concerning mechanical movements/animations for conveyors, pick and place and 6-axis robots. Currently I am working on a project with a Staübli TX2 90 XL and I would need to make an animation on CREO of the robot which takes products from a conveyor to do pick and place. If you do the tutorial you will save me! Thanks in advance
Hi, thank you for your positive feedback and also for your comment. I will try to find some example. Please stay tuned. Vladimir
감사합니다. Thanks a lot
Thats amazing 👍
Anti-aliasing was the key for me! Grazie!
Bro you are Bob Ross of creo... simply Awsome !! i dont like ur videos .. i just Love it !!
Thank you so much 😀 Vladimir
Great job pal
Thank you so much, Vladimir
On some surfaces the draft is missing. Also, using splines is not a great idea because a lot of flexes arise along the profile of the geometries to be extruded.
I have question here.. Can I load these layer saves in drawing???? I want save layer in modeling and load simply at drawing.
Here is how to change the color of a part based on its material using relations in Creo:
with nut & bolt simulation it is very help full for us
creo parametric screw jack load simulate please ......
That's something new,Thanx for it👍
Something what everyone maybe need for presentation of daily work 😉
You solved my most important question about controlling those points
thank you for your positive feedback. Please stay tuned. Vladimir
Really nice initiative Sir very happy to see something like this 🥰🥰🥰🥰🥰
Glad you like it it. Please stay tuned. Vladimir
That is so cool. Thank you !!
Glad you liked it! Vladimir
Nice👍🏻
Thank you! Cheers!
Hi! Is possible With Express generate viewing embedded in a browser?
Not, not possible by default. You need to use Arbortex (also PTC product)...or use another file format..please try to check latest video...maybe will help you.
If your cat really is drunk that's messed up and it should be taken from you
You know that is not true. The cat was tired from surgery 😉
Thank you very much Vladimir, have a nice day!
Thank you also Davide for your positive feedback. Have a great day. Vladimir
As always, Very Informative.
Glad it was helpful! Bye, Vladimir
want know the circular error in assy.
Here is the video tutorial for you: How to Remove Circular References | Creo Tutorial ruclips.net/video/MfeAJtkriIM/видео.html
Plz make a video about stock length table and cut list
Thank you for your proposal. Can you help me please in which part the stock length table is belong to?
@@4kside I also don't about that I search how do create bom table with length. I saw that in ptc creo community it's in there about framework stock length and cut list
Ok, I will try to show you how you can create custom parameter and custom table and system will calculate selected parameter. Stay tuned, Vladimir
Thank you so much for your sharing.
thanks, dude. the only one who could explain that
Thank you for your positive feedback. Please stay tuned.Vladimir
Sir i have a case i have to give 3mm thickness to them when i shell the case its only take 1.7mm thickness can you please tell me another method toh give 3mm thickness to case
Please try to use offset features. Here is the quick tutorial for you to understand why is not possible to set 3mm (My guessing 😎) Offset feature and Offset analysis ruclips.net/video/YPzq4dglAh4/видео.html
@@4kside yes i used this method but I selected all the surface but when i offset them so gap is occurred in the offset surfaces then they cant merge and can’t solidify
Very useful as always Vladimir. Have a great day.
Many thanks! Enjoy your day also. Bye,Vladimir
Hi Vladimir, Is there a way that you share the parts/assembly model to practice at home? Thanks in advance
Hi, thanks for your idea....I will try to share a drawings of simple models and assemblies. I will try to create it during next week week. I will let you know in this chat. Have a nice weekend. Vladimir
👍
I wish I had previously known some of the shortcuts you mentioned in this video, it would have made my work a lot easier anyway better late than never😅😅
Hello, what could be the reason then some model dimensions could not been shown in drawing? I have a dim from plane to plane, an extrusion depth, and others than can't be called to been shown in drawing in any view
Thanks for your question...In reality...all dimensions from model are driven dimensions and has to be visible in the drawing. Select feature in the model tree and use Right mouse button > Shiw annotation in the view and select view....this process has to work...I never met, that is nit possible to show dim in the view. Please feel free to send me your model and drawing and I will try it Bye, Vladimir
Is there really no other way?
I have found only this process...and works well 🤝
Nice video but what is the song?
Thanks for your positive feedback. The song is from library, maybe from RUclips..long time ago..I do not really remember 🤔
Hii, can you tell me that how to calculate the net load of any mechanism which contains the springs?
Here is the theory (I do not have experiences in this, sorry) Calculating the net load for a mechanism in Creo containing a spring involves determining the forces acting on the mechanism and considering the force exerted by the spring. Here's a general process: 1. **Analyze the mechanism:** Understand the geometry and kinematics of the mechanism in Creo. 2. **Identify external loads:** Determine the external loads acting on the mechanism, such as applied forces or torques. 3. **Consider the spring force:** Determine the force exerted by the spring based on its stiffness (spring constant) and the displacement of the mechanism from its equilibrium position. 4. **Sum forces:** Sum up all the external loads and the force exerted by the spring to get the net load acting on the mechanism. 5. **Check equilibrium:** Ensure that the net load calculated satisfies the equilibrium conditions for the mechanism. 6. **Implement in Creo:** Utilize Creo's simulation or analysis tools to input the calculated loads and analyze the mechanism's behavior. Remember to consider factors like friction, inertia, and any constraints in the mechanism that may affect the calculation.
@@4kside actually i am doing this in the mechanism which contains one torsion and one compression spring, but when i am calculating the net load on the rotation Axis ,its only showing the torsion spring torque
Hi, maybe will be better to ask on PTC university web page...over here is the much more experts and maybe they can help you. I am not familiar with that as mentioned last time. Thanks for your understanding.Vladimir
very good.🤩 excellent explanation. One day I'll buy you a coffee.. lol😁
Thank you for your positive feedback, please stay tuned.
Amazing work I really appreciate your videos and the simple but detailed way in which you explain.
Thanks a lot!
I'm not satisfied this video 🙏
Please share detail boss
Hi, I have plan to create new series about IDD...but I need ti find some good example. Stay tuned, Vladimir
Fack
Hello. i followed your steps and it does not work. i get alwayes this error: The preserved geometry is completely outside the starting geometry. Include the preserved geometry in the starting geometry. What can i do?
As you can see this video was created by Creo 7. In new Creo release is necessary to make a small differences....I will try to find some example and I will post updated version soon. Stay tuned, Vladimir
Sir plz can u make video how to design WIRE CABLE BOBBIN
thank you very much
Amazing reference modelling🙌
Thank you for your positive feedback, please stay tuned. Vladimir
Thanks for the video, i would like to know if there is something similar but while using windchill
With Windchill is work same...system is able ti download drawing directly from Commnon Spaces
I get "Only one loop per subsection is allowed" after selecting all my lines... any tips?
No idea...maybe it will is specific problem 🙁
First of all, congratulations on the initiative, I'm just starting out at Creo and I have a question that I can't solve yet. How do I import a .SLT/.STP file, then how can I edit it and place it in the plans I want to work on (this is driving me crazy! lol). Is there any way you can help me in this regard? Thank you and congratulations once again
Sorry for late reply. With Creo you can easy manage step file....simple open and confirm name. System will transform object to Creo model or assembly and you can store data to hard drive or into Windchill. Then simple add object to an assembly.
Hello Vladimir, 1) Is there a way to control the thickness of dimension lines and leaders (in theory pen 2) separate from the Geometry (solid lines, contours) (in theory that must be pen 1) ? At the moment, they are all controlled by pen 1, (and not just the thickenns, but also the color) (i want the dimension lines and notes in RED, the axes and center marks in GREEN, and all the rest in black, and i obtained that with a workaround: didn't set a color in pentable for pen 1, and made all the dimensions, leaderboards and notes red, "manually", from the drawing - Format. In that way, the geometry lines are still black, just the dimensions are red ). I searched for line_style_standard, but it didn't exist in Creo 9 OR am I false, and "pen 2" controls just the text of dimensions ? Is that normal to have the dimension lines thickness the same width as the geometry contour lines ? 2) I also want to set certain gap dimensions for the axes, simetry lines, center marks ... How can i achieve that upon config.pro or the pentable ? My pentable looks like this: pen 1 thickness 0.008 cm; pen 2 thickness 0.001 cm; color 0.0 1.0 0.0; pen 3 thickness 0.004 cm; color 0.0 0.0 0.0; pen 4 thickness 0.001 cm; color 0.0 0.0 0.0; pen 5 thickness 0.008 cm; color 0.0 0.0 0.0; pen 6 thickness 0.004 cm; color 0.0 0.0 0.0; pen 7 thickness 0.001 cm; color 0.0 0.0 0.0; pen 8 thickness 0.001 cm; color 0.0 0.0 0.0;
Hi, thank you for your question. Sorry for my late reply...busy day. I will try to edit your pentable file a little bit. But it takes time. I will try to find some solution for you. Best Regards, Vladimir
You did a good work bro. Can you please tell me what the name of the component.. Please
Hi, thanks for your positive feedback...but I do not understand what you are looking for...what name? If you want to use same features...you need to create have proper license for Creo optimization.
